Soft Places.

I made this a “note,” but feel an official “article” is necessary to document the change.

Today I knew, for sure. I typed it out to a friend in a text like this:

“I think my purpose (and you’re the first person I’m saying this out loud to) in this life is to be a soft place for others to land. To find beauty and safety and curiosity and healing. Through prayer and the cross and through writing. Through stories that are mirrors and or compasses.”

So I came on here and made the change in name. More to come.
